What’s your background?
I have a doctorate in clarinet performance (yes, really!) and a deep background in personal development, coaching, and community-building. I’ve also done Ironman races, marathons, and corporate consulting—so I know a thing or two about discipline, growth, and resilience.

What is your coaching style?

I take a practical and action-driven approach to self-growth. No vague “just think positive” advice—I give you tools, frameworks, and challenges to help you take real steps toward change. Sessions are a mix of deep conversation, mindset shifts, and strategic action.

Who is your coaching for?

I work with women who want to step into their confidence, connect deeply with others, and stop waiting to live fully. My coaching is ideal for those at a transition point in life—whether personal or professional—who are ready to break patterns and create real change.

What does 1:1 virtual coaching with you look like?
Each coaching journey is tailored to the person, but a typical structure includes:

  • Session 1: The Deep Dive – Understanding where you are, what’s holding you back, and where you want to go

  • Sessions 2-4: Unblocking & Building Momentum – Breaking patterns, shifting mindset, and creating action steps

  • Sessions 5-8: Expansion & Mastery – Strengthening confidence, deepening relationships, and stepping fully into your next level

 

You’ll also get:

  • Weekly reflection prompts and handouts

  • Personalized exercises & challenges

  • Support between sessions via email or voice notes
